We only stayed only one night and didn't really have time for using anything other than the room in the hotel. However, the staff was very professional and the room was very clean and comfortable. The building looks dated from outside and the lobby area is small but the rooms seem to have been kept up nicely and we had a good stay.

Meh...

My biggest issue is selecting pay at the hotel and them authorizing my card multiple times 72 hours away from the stay. They say it's to guarsntee the stay. That's the point of having a credit card on file. It took very important funds away from my travel account and I'm not happy about it. The front desk staff were receptive and tried to get me answers, but the math still didn't add up. Our shower then backed up when the toilet flushed on our last morning. So good timing I guess.

We come up to Vancouver about once a year and we’ve stayed all over downtown. This was probably the nicest of the hotels we’ve stayed in near BC Place within our Budget. There is lots of construction outside the hotel but that’s temporary. I would definitely stay here again. We did receive an Expedia VIP reward which was a discount at their restaurant. I would prefer free parking which I received on a previous visit to Vancouver from a neighboring hotel.
