Although the staff was incredible I couldn’t stay for the two nights I booked because of the noise of the elevator all night. The elevator is in the middle and all the rooms are situated on four sides of it so no matter what room you stay in you will hear the elevator. I gave up one of my nights without being reimbursed because I just could not sleep through the sound so moved to completely different hotel. The staff tried hard to accommodate me and I so appreciated them. They refunded both nights of parking which was above and beyond but they were powerless to cancel and reimburse me second night which I completely understand.

Super cute rooms, not sure why we were supplied an ice bucket but when we went to get ice we were told they don’t have ice machines. And also asked to downgrade our room and told no even tho it was off season and lots of rooms available. Other hotels offer this so won’t be back because of that.

It was nice only thing is i think they should have another staff helping the nite front desk when we checked in we waited 20 plus mins for to be checked in no bell or anything to notify the hotel we just waited in lobby. Also the reason i found out why was the front desk person was goong to every room with other guests and bringing towels or amenities
