The room was decent, its slightly outdated but large and with a nice view. The pool was greenish and unclean, the gym is in a hallway and only has a couple machines. We booked through expedia and it advertised a complementary breakfast included with the stay. We went down to eat breakfast and were told we didnt have the correct room card and that if we wanted to eat breakfast there we needed to upgrade our room card to a black one for 22$ per person. When I called the front desk they were a little rude and said theyre sorry that I didnt read the fine print on the expedia terms of agreement page, and that the breakfast is only for people that book directly through the hotels website. Its not a huge deal, but very misleading how its advertised. For families that book hotels specifically with the included breakfast to save a bit of money, its unacceptable

Great customer service. The room was lovely and super clean. Kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool. There are lots of restaurants and shops within waking distance. Overall it was a wonderful experience for us. We will definitely book with them again. 10/10.👏💜
