Location is great, hotel design is beautiful, most staff members are super kind. Rooms are very very small with very little space apart from bed, there is no closet and travelling as a couple with two carry ons and all the winter coats, scarves, etc was a bit crowded.

Overall great hotel with great staff. Very friendly and efficient. The only issue I had was the pillows were not comfortable to me. Very fluffy but as soon as you put your head down on it your head goes straight to the bed. All in all it was a great stay.

Great hotel, great staff, very good greek restaurant downstairs with in room delivery dining options too. Comfortable bed, no carpet in the room (a big plus for me, hypoallergenic). Pet friendly!! 😊 Illy coffee and spring water complementary in room. We extended our stay for two nights. The shower pressure is not very good, only one glass planel door in shower, you get a little cold. But overall a great experience.

The exchange was a really nice hotel I loved the decor and the staff but did not like they did not use fitted sheets on the mattresses made for really messy beds. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a great menu and their happy hour was fantastic!!
