I have stayed here several times and it is always ckean and the staff are wonderful. They will always go out of their way to go above and beyond to make your stay more pleasant. The doors are paper thin, so heard everyone in hallway. Every word, every door open, every child running through the hall playing mini stick. Had a heat pump or something attached to our room that was loud and woke us, every time it kicked in. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Not sure we’ll stay at Delta in Kamloops again, which saddens me because Delta hotels are usually go-to hotels for us.
