Great desk service. Room had toaster oven, frig, Microwave, dishes. That would be helpful if I was there a few days. Outside security at night was good. Noisy traffic and could hear people floor above. Good access to shopping and dining.

Property was good but had unacceptable experience in morning during breakfast time... the food was not sufficient and when asked for refill... service was inappropriate... feels like being Asian ... person don’t want to help but skin color do matters for her... there was no sufficient pancake better.. no milk for cereal and when I asked for milk ... hotel employee (her) attitude was not acceptable... !!!

Dear Guest, I am sorry about your experience in the breakfast room. I will make sure to speak to the team in there as they usually get great comments on their service. It at times can be hard to keep things stocked when tour groups are in. They all come in and one time and it becomes very busy but we will do our best to work on this.
