Booked the hotel as it was my husband’s birthday and had dinner reservations at Gordon Ramsey. The room was very clean and spacious but couple of things can be fixed to make it perfect. 1) oiling the washroom door so it doesn’t make noise and the lights on the lamps were flickering

I stayed in a suite with a marina view. The room was very comfortable. The bed was great,first time I have stayed in a hotel and not woken up with severe back pain. I only stayed 2 nights this time but I have a 5 night stay scheduled for September to celebrate my 65th. This will certainly be my first choice of hotels when travel to Vancouver. It was great to be able to slip into the casino to play. Had a variety of places to eat . It was also a plus that contacted to a SkyTrain station for ease of exploring. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions or requests I had. I highly recommend this hotel.

We love staying here! There's lots to do on the property, so many yummy food options in Richmond, or taking the train into Vancouver is also super easy. The rooms are very comfortable, pool is awesome, and I always get a good laugh watching my husband on the waterslide. Looking forward to coming back!!
