The room was great with a soft bed and lots of pillows. The only issue was a long wait of 45 minutes for the airport shuttle. We saw three shuttle pickups for the sandman hotel just down the street while waiting for our shuttle. The on site restaurant was great.

We enjoyed the size of the room and the multiple places to put luggage. The bathroom counters were great. The food at the next door restaurant was very good, both dinner and breakfast. The shuttle was on time and efficient. We would stay here again.

Got charged twice for my room but front desk assured me I would be credited. There was a lady at the front desk this morning (i think may have been the manager) who was so incredibly helpful regarding where to go (she suggested fisherman’s wharf) and we had an incredible day there. She also recommended continental seafood for dinner and it was delicious.

The main reason I had booked this hotel was due to the fact that it had a shuttle running from the airport to the hotel every 30 minutes. Despite this, I had to wait at the shuttle stop in the cold for an hour and 15 minutes before one was able to take me. I even contacted customer service to check on the status while waiting, and they kept telling me I'd be picked up any minute which wasn't correct. I was only needing a place to sleep for the evening before another flight out, and with this major delay and inconvenience, I was unable to get a good sleep. Secondly, I woke up to a very loud noise in the hallway at about 3 am. I didn't feel safe sticking my head into the hallway to check on what it was, but I ended up getting much less sleep due to this as well. I don't think the stay was at all worth the money, and I regret my purchase... I don't think I can recommend this property.

Nice hotel in Richmond BC

Looks like the hotel has been updated in the last few years. The carpet is fairly new as are the rest of the hotel and rooms. There are plenty of parking at the hotel, and if you are the ING member, you will be waived the parking fee. Overall, I like the location (fairly close to No 3 road, Yohan Center, Aberdeen, and popular restaurants and shops. I used to stay at Radisson Richmond Airport hotel, but this hotel is an excellent alternative with lower price.

The receptionists were very nice, approachable, and helpful. Parking was wide and plenty. The rooms were very spacious and neat, especially the beds which were soft and so comfy!

I had to give 4 stars… The reason is the dinning for breakfast attached to the hotel have poor customer service. We showed up at 8:30AM and handed the waiter our ticket from hotel. She took it and didn’t say anything so we assume she’s going to seat us since there was a sign the staff put up “please wait to be seated” so we followed her and she walks straight into the kitchen. Left us lost but we just pick a spot to sit anyway. Then all the food were gone and we had to grab some sausages and some breading. Plate were out and had to wait for more plate to come out. It wasn’t crowed when we show up.
