The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable as always. I really like having the large bathing the bathroom as well as the shower. I appreciated the large bottle of water as well. It's a very convenient hotel and the staff are super friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good too!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bar/restaurant staff were friendly. The food was good. FYI, The bathroom in the room wasnt completely private. It had louver doors, which can allow sound to be heard. I did love it and would stay there again.

I was grateful for the upgrade. Sadly, the shower was plugged, and someone’s used robe was in the closet. Definitely not the usual Fairmont Standard. I had a late flight delay arriving and an early morning departure, so I did not have time to go to the desk again to discuss this.
