it's a good and clean place, quiet, has light breakfast options. it is quite far into richmond, past the richmond-brighouse train station, if you're taking transit. but they do offer transit to/from YVR as long as you ask about it before hand, for an extra cost. the host was nice and communicative.

We like it a lot. It very clean, quite and the owner was very responsible and helpful. It's in a very nice neighborhood and the house and the room are perfect. The only drawback is that it's a bit too pricy for us. Also as it's in Richmond rather than Vancouver, it's a bit far from the places where there are lots of tourist attractions. However, if you drive then it won't be a problem for you.

Good location in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it is a shared bathroom/private bedroom setup with a common room for coffee and cereal with a toaster and fridge for common use. The bedroom was nice, clean, well setup with a locked door for privacy. Overall a good value and a nice host.
