HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - due to circumstances beyond my control I wasn't able to use the room and the hotel told me that I had to go through Travelocity and refund was up to them. Travelocity said it's up to the hotel and that the hotel is refusing to help me out. I will never stay at a Radisson again.

5/5 stars for the lovely and welcoming staff. 1 person that stood out the most to me was Jose, when he helped me out with my big luggage right away when I entered the hotel. I was so tired that I just trusted and left my luggage with him to carry. I came back after getting my keys from the front desk to find Jose with disposable spoon/fork ready for me because he noticed I came with food from the airport but had no cutleries. That was such a sweet gesture! Then the cleaning lady! I didn’t want my room to be cleaned, but the lady still checked on me and wanted to make sure I have water in my room. Perfect timing because I was needing water and wanted to buy outside until she told me she can restock. Rooms were perfect, no issue at all.
