We arrive with 2 big suitcases, not convinient to reach the room. The front desk is not proffesional. i paid ahead threw travelocity, I was charged more money as a depposit, when i checked out I did not get a cancallation.

This place is a long way from Richmond, its surrounded by farmland with no transport or facilities within walking distance. Quite incorrectly advertised we had to taxi everywhere at great cost. It is nowhere near the airport, cost us twice as much to taxi there as it did from airport to city. A very disappointing experience but staff were as helpful as they could be.

THEY CATERED TO LARGE GROUPS OF KIDS GOING TO SPORTING EVENTS/CAMPS WHICH MADE IT VERY LOUD AND HARD TO SLEEP.

The location was great for our team and the breakfast was good but I was very disappointed with my stay. At check-in, I was checked into a room that was already occupied (which I discovered when I walked in on the other guests). The room I was then moved to was able to be opened without a key and had a dirty comforter that looked as though pop had been sprayed on it. We also found this hotel incredibly loud which made for a difficult sleep.
