On the reservation said check in will be at 4:00, we came at 4:10. The reception told us because there were so much check out at the day before. Our room did not ready, asked us to wait for 30min. After over 4:50pm, they still not ready for us. My boys are all exhausted after a long drive, we ask them to change the room. Lucky that we asked and they were able to change, otherwise, we did not know when we can able to have the room. Just not agree with them about that, they know we came with kids. They should have the room ready before us come, not giving us the reason and asked us to wait almost an hour. Everything else was fine.

Staff on the dining area were so amazing. They were so busy attending all the diners. My disappointment from this hotel was when we checked in and assigned us at room 449. It was horrible and the smell was disgusting. It smelt molds in the washroom and the rest of the room did not have a pleasing smell. I was in utter disgust knowing we are staying for 6 days. No matter how much perfume I sprayed, the smell was very intense and I hardly had slept that night. I tried to call housekeeping, unfortunately nobody answered since it was around 10pm plus already. The following morning I complained to the housekeeper and she insisted that all beddings were changed prior to our check in. I smelt all of the beddings and seemed like they were unchanged except one pillow case. Anyway, I went to the front desk and complained about our room. With no further questions, he assisted us right away and sent us to room 248 which was a very clean room compared to room 449. I appreciated how he welcome my complained and right then and there he gave me the room key for us to transfer. We had a great experience after we changed room. Thank you for the good experience and hopefully the housekeeper I dealt with need to put customer issues first instead of insisting her opinion. More improvements on housekeeping areas specially on washrooms. Dining staff were awesome and the front desk person too. Breakfasts were wholesome and is worth it.

Very nice breakfast offerings. Location appears to be a bit of construction site. Lots of trucks driving through this area. Reception desk staff not very friendly. No smiles.
