Exceptional riverfront views of Fraser River and extremely convenient access to local eateries, many which were located "right next door" on the boardwalk. Very reasonable room rates with an upscale vibe and yet a very personable, "down-to-earth" staff who were very helpful. The walk along the boardwalk was fantastic with exceptional views of the river leading to a small park.

This was our third stay at the Quay. Wonderful location, love the view of the river. The staff are always genuinely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoy staying here when we come to New West. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, pillows are amazing! Bathroom is clean and well stocked with towels etc. Only wee downside was a new bar right across the way that was quite loud.

The room was spacious and comfortable and they accommodated 4 of us with extra towels and coffee. We loved the balcony and the view and all the fun things to do within walking distance, parking was easy close and convenient and we only stayed one night so we didn't take advantage of breakfast this time!!!
