Parking was atrocious. You are required to use the Valet services (you aren’t allowed to park yourself and it’s incredibly expensive for the valet service) Otherwise, the room was nice and it was in a good place in DC. It was a 45 minute walk to the Monument (it lies on the website and says it’s only 15 minutes. Don’t believe them. Be prepared to walk 5-10 miles per day if you are wanting to walk around DC.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room from the minute I walked in, and I am not easy to please in that department. I do wish hotels wouldn't use carpet, because that is just a petri dish. Every member of the hotel staff with whom I interacted was friendly and professional. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would stay again.
