We were very satisfied with our stay. The pool is outdoors, but the water wasn’t as warm as we expected, so we didn’t end up using it. The accommodation itself was great, and the staff were very friendly. If we visit Vancouver again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Convenient location, close to airport. Room had enough room for family of four. Club Lounge wasn't as expected as i thought it provided a broader range of foods in morning and instead we were given a coupon for the restaurant which then necessitated having to request from front desk that the coupon be extended for all guests not just one. Other than that inconvenience found all staff to be friendly.
