Disappointing experience based on ratings. We arrived to find sticky surfaces and a broken toilet in one of our rooms. A few channels available, not enough coffee in each room. 2 of the keys we received became deactivated on day 2. The continental breakfast was also very disappointing, and the wifi was extremely slow (avg speeds a~40 MBPS).

At our hotel offer Simmons dreamscape pillow top mattresses; 50” 4K TV’s; Premium HD television channels; Marble tub surround bathrooms with marble countertops; In Room Keurig Coffee Makers: Complimentary Hot breakfast with Belgian Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, assorted breads, assorted cereals, oatmeal; yogurt; muffins, bagels, assorted fresh fruit, fresh juices; coffee and tea. Our complimentary High-Speed standards at 300mbps are the fastest in the City; and our common area amenities include a fitness centre; indoor pool and hot tub. We sincerely regret not meeting your expectations. Rest assured your comments will be shared with our team, and it’s through comments such as yours that we’re able to improve. We always stay at this hotel everytime we came to Richmond BC , very satisfied with the room, cleanlines, staff and free breakfast. The update on eating area, breakfast setting and new coffee maker in the room are 👍👍👏. Last trip I brought along 3 families friend with me and they all gave positive compliments. Only hassle was hard to find parking spot during high season, I have to park on the street. My first option to stay and love to come back again.

a terrible smell of paint during the whole hotel is remodeling, my room the light not working in many place, Hotel check in staff was no polite & no smile, During Hotel staff to clean my room & others I saw it is very unprofessional train. They don't park their service car to block any person walk by can go in to the room to steal thing. Security is terrible. Everyday serve a terrible quality toilet paper is too rough & hard to use it toilet. There is no comment & suggestion form inside room for customer feed back. I feel like sleep on the street.
