It is meant for Valet if you drive. It shares the public parking with international Trade Center. Hangtag app take charge you to 11pm before gate close. Use kiosk to pay overnight parking daily. Room was nice as photographed. Unfortunately, I encountered some high tech issues in my stay. Front desk sent Maintenance, but only so much they can do with technology. During my stay, -wash room didn’t smell clean on my first day, Front desk asked to clean it again. -I couldn’t set room temperature from TV, remotely controlled, not touch screen. Maintenance reset TV, still no avail. Light mode (Relax, Work, and off) works. Tinted windows may work, but takes 30 minutes to update your setting. Be patient with TV every selection, not that responsive. Couldn’t express checkout either. Had to Dial 0. -Double sliding door to wash room was stuck once I closed it. I pried open and left open. Maintenance fixed it once, when I closed it again, it was stuck. -Was looking forward to try the Mirror Fitness, not able to connect to server/internet. -Bedside table lamps are each set/programmed separately, had to try and error to figure it out. Positive experience, -Front desk was friendly and professional. -Washroom fixtures are contemporary. -Outdoor heated pool (~6am-10pm) available throughput the year. -Expedia VIP food voucher in Bruno serves delicious fresh ingredients meals -Richmond Night Market is walking distance (7 min walk) to entrance. 60+ is free. -Soundproof rooms.

Always love staying at this hotel; very convenient if you plan to go to the Richmond night market. Staff are very friendly and the food at the Bruno restaurant was superb. Rooms are amazing and very spacious, love the tub and shower combo. Rooftop pool and hot tub is perfect; abit small but beautiful. Valet parking is $38 but if you park yourself in the lot, it’s only $30 for 24 hours. We definitely will be back!
