When we checked in we were given a room that was dirty and clearly not ready for guests. Bed unmade and tub with wet towels . Even the ironing board was up in middle of room with iron on top. We waiting for 15 minutes in this dirty room after calling to desk to explain issue. No urgency… to make things right. So we returned to front desk. Disbelief was expressed… and they took several minutes to try and find a new room. Once found they sent us to a room that was at least tidy, but it didn’t have toilet paper or tissues, and the tv remote had food on it that we use hand sanitizer to clean off. The sink also had toothpaste stains that had not been cleaned. Needless to say for just under $300 a night our experience was not acceptable

It’s an older darker hotel they are updating which is nice. Room was clean, bed was not new. Quite soft. Good hotel for a quick overnight stay.

Loved the indoor pool for kids with water slide and the shuttle to the airport. The place took forever to let us check in to a room. Then we got stuck in the elevator on the way to our room. They were also extremely unhelpful at the check in desk.
