The Burrard Hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the retro-chic vibe set a welcoming and stylish tone. The lobby and courtyard have such a fun, mid-century modern design, it feels like you’ve stepped into a boutique oasis right in the middle of downtown. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out, with comfortable beds and all the modern touches you’d expect. I loved the small details, from the Nespresso machine to the curated local artwork, which gave the stay a personal feel. One of the highlights is the courtyard, lush greenery, outdoor seating, and string lights that make it the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after exploring the city. Location wise, you couldn’t ask for better. It’s a short walk to Granville Island, Yaletown, and Robson Street, plus there are tons of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel also provides free bikes, which was a huge plus for getting around Stanley Park and the Seawall. Finally, the staff deserve a special mention. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful they made excellent dining recommendations and ensured my stay was smooth from start to finish. Overall, The Burrard blends style, comfort, and convenience perfectly. Whether you’re in Vancouver for business or leisure, this is the hotel that makes you feel like a local while giving you boutique-level hospitality.

Great place for a getaway!

I gifted my daughter and her husband with a stay at The Burrard, and they loved it as much as I do! The hotel is very convenient to lots of interesting places to eat and window shop. Very comfortable rooms and the staff are very helpful and nice. Always my favourite place to stay in Vancouver and now it's hers, too!

Good hotel in central Vancouver

Good hotel in a city centre location. Rooms are around a central courtyard and it has a coffee shop attached which is nice. Only issue was that it’s directly opposite a hospital with an emergency unit and I got woken several times during the night with very loud sirens. Friendly and helpful staff.
