I couldn’t believe this Hotel was advertised by Travelocity!!! Pictures on the website was misleading, very unsafe, homeless and drug seeking persons surrounding the Hotel. I was not going to put myself and my husband through this nightmare. The Receptionist was the only Nice aspect of this hotel and understood the reason for me and my husband wanting to leave. I booked another hotel right there in the lobby and was in total disbelief regarding the surrounding area of the hotel, lack of air conditioning, elevator and the price ($280 & $150 deposit) being charged by Travelocity. Worst Hotel “Ever” and Deserves a Negative Zero Rating!!!!!

There was no elevator to the rooms. Rooms were clean and large. Not a lot of frills but good for our needs.

We arrived at about midnight and the front desk clerk was fantastic. Very personable and made us feel welcome. I was hungry and he volunteered to order food for me from a nearby restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside is that there was no elevator and all rooms are on the second floor. I would stay there again.

A busy area. The bus stop in front attracts an assortment of folks more interested in alcohol than rides. Once inside all is fine, and the doors are controlled. Nice staff.

Great room, great staff and affordable price. A bit noisy due to the traffic so will request a room towards the back of the hotel next time. Love the retro style of the place, high ceilings, proper key. We didn’t really explore the area around it as we only slept the one night after a concert. Would definitely stay again.

The overall stay was good. I’ll start with the things that were bad then list the good. The beds were uncomfortable and need to be updated. The bathtub/shower needed to be caulked again because the one in our room was molded and was coming off. The pictures need updated . We had dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel and a mouse ran under our table. No one was concerned. Good things Close to public transportation. Close to nice little places to eat breakfast. On the last day the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is a older one but it was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a hotel attached to the restaurant. There are places close by for breakfast and lunch. There are stores across the street and Little Italy is a few blocks away.

Run don’t walk! Second worse hotel I ever stayed at. The area is not the safest number one. The hotel is old and rundown. Furniture is from the 70’s and chips and scratches are everywhere. Noisy like crazy. Played loud music until 2 o’clock in the morning every night from the club next door. Nowhere to plug your devices. No breakfast available and only two so so restaurants around the area for breakfast. They barely did any housekeeping and I needed to tell them to leave towels and coffee and whitener everyday. Came back from the day out one day to find the bed unmade. Don’t waste your money. Spend a bit more and go somewhere else. This hotel really sucked and I’ve stayed at lots of hotels over the years. We were there for 4 nights. Very disappointing. Would never recommend or return!

Surprisingly nice hotel but bring your earplugs Secret gem not very known because if its location. Very safe, the dangerous area of Hasting is 6 blocks away towards Main Street. Very nice staff, hotel well renovated. There is a dollar store and Supermarket right in front and bus stop as well. Its by no means a ritz carlton but its a nice hotel for a fair price. I would return again. If you are staying the weekend or during some of the events in the bar below, you need ear plugs. If you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you.
