The room was clean and had a few cool, funky touches. The staff was great - friendly, and they fulfilled a number of requests, like bringing beer glasses to our room. That said, it is a noisy neighborhood. This did not bother me because I wore ear buds to sleep.

Nice, clean modern room and courteous staff. Great location right downtown. Only drawback was the thin walls, so bring some earplugs if you don’t want to hear your neighbour’s TV. That being said, I would definitely stay again.

The staff were always lovely, proactive, and kind. The breakfast was also surprisingly more enjoyable that a usual hotel breakfast (the breakfast area had nice Christmas vibes and music)Our only issue is that our 2 year old at one point in our trip was vomitting. He vomited on the carpet once and we asked if they could get it cleaned. We were surprised that they only wiped and sprayed (no steam cleaning at all) the floor. After that, we were extremely grossed out by how dirty the conditions of the floor could be.
