Due to our prime location being in the centre of downtown Vancouver, parking is rather limited. On top of this, we are renting out only half of the parking lot from another company, accounting to about 22 spots. Because of this we unfortunately have to charge our guests an additional fee for parking of 27.65 CAD before taxes, with 24% parking tax in Vancouver. We would like thank you once again for taking the time to leave a feedback, as they are very valuable to our efforts in ensuring that our future guests are provided with only exceptional services. We are a historic building built in 1904 so there were definitely restrictions to how much of the building structure that we were able to take down, the most prominent being the walls. As such, our rooms stayed the same size after renovations, however they are completely redesigned and refurbished and we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the new designs.
