The room was excellent and the beds are so comfortable. Stayed with my daughter for two nights and they gave us a reasonable .5 day rate to check out later for a very late flight. Staff is kind, helpful. Location is absolutely perfect for downtown.

The hotel is new and the are rooms updated, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The area around is sketchy, we didn’t feel safe walking around at night. The sidewalks are covered in garbage and smell like urine. Still the location is convenient to access attractions and public transportation. The service room was very disappointing. We ordered food one night. They knocked on the door and walked away leaving our food on the ground. Gross. It came in plastic containers with disposable utensils that couldn’t cut through the food.
