Great stay

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel incredibly comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is unbeatable—close to everything you could need, from restaurants and shops to major attractions. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel is very well located in downtown Vancouver. Close to restaurants, shopping (Holt Renfrew), bus stops for getting easily to Granville Public Market and Stanley Park and within walking distance to the Banksy exhibit. Breakfasts are excellent and staff very accommodating. Will be back again!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the St Regis Hotel.The staff is very helpful. The room is an adequate size. The included breakfast is very good. It's nice to have table service instead of a buffet. There were a few minor issues with room temperature and internet, but they were handled very quickly. We found the area very convenient and walkable. We would stay there again.

Property is unsafe at night a lot of homeless around the hotel. Parking is next door very confusing when you first arrive as hot to get to the parking lot and how to get back to the hotel

Loved my stay here! Would definitely return. The bed is comfy, the breakfast was good, and the staff is outstanding. I really loved the happy hour at Gotham Steakhouse. It’s a must try. The only complaint I have is Saturday evening I could hear some noise from the outside but it wasn’t too bad.

We loved the staff and the location as far as it’s walkable. Very clean and nice. The included breakfast was great and the staff amazing. The street at night is a bit loud. The hotel itself is quite minus street noise. The bed and pillows were not to our liking. The pillows are hard and too tall. I still give this a wonderful review as everything else is amazing.

I picked this hotel based on the stellar reviews and they did not disappoint. Best mattress and pillows I've ever had! Bathroom was almost as big as my room with a deep soaking tub. Service was amazing and I can't wait to go back!!!
