Had a great stay here. The hotel is clean, bed comfortable, and staff very friendly. The location is fantastic, right next to the downtown mall and within walking distance of many of many other areas. The Vancouver public transit is just a block away. Loved the breakfast also - was worried when I saw it's a sit down rather than a buffet because I don't like to wait ages restaurant style, but the staff is super fast and it was delicious. I will definitely stay here again!

Love the St Regis

We love the St Regis. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great breakfast, close to Gastown. We would suggest a grab bar in the shower. We'll be back.

I booked St. Regis because it's very close to the Catholic Cathedral, near Granville Metro station and Pacific Centre for shopping... tourist attractions in Downtown area are walkable... Breakfast in St. Regis was delicious... hotel staff were very accomodating with our requests... our hotel room is very comfortable housekeeping is very efficient..

Great location, nice rooms

Rooms were small but nice and clean. Staff was friendly and prompt. First room we stayed in did look over the middle of the building, and you couldn't look out at all, but it was quiet. When we stayed a second time, our room looked over the street, which was a little noisier, but not too bad. Great location to walk around downtown and the train stations are close by.

Great place to stay!

Hotel is walkable to train that takes you to the airport and to the cruise terminal. Safe area with lots to do within walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and very attentive. Our room was very small, but we were only there for a night, so it was fine. It was clean and well appointed.

Fabulous hotel- we highly recommend

We loved the location, and the details in the room (a glass instead of plastic cups, plush bathrobes, nice toiletries, excellent room service). Breakfast was also excellent, but they had only three choices which didn’t change during our 5 night stay, so that got a bit repetitive.
