The lady at the front desk was just above and beyond amazing! We do a lot of traveling and she was the nicest person we have ever encountered! The room was nice and comfortable. Bed was great! Was in the best little location and the bar was awesome too!

Great hotel

Love the location, the staff super friendly, the room was comfy and clean, cleaned everyday, not every other day like most hotels now. The restaurant is attached and do a great breakfast. Also parking super convenient. I like staying here when I’m in Vancouver.

The location is great for food options and is close to Stanley park. The kitchen needed to make sure things where cleaned. We had to rewash a lot of the equipment.

Hotel was great for a 3 day stay. However, there was a strong smell of bleach that persisted throughout the entire stay in our room. Im not sure if that was just due to cleaning supplies but other than that the stay was great and the employees worked with us when we arrived too early for our check in!

Sadly the elevator on the right smelled like fresh pee. I asked for a wake up call and they didn't. Room was nice. Desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Bar/restaurant next door was cool.
