Overall it was a pleasant stay. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better but the rest of the room was cleaned properly. The room next door was loud and had their tv even louder. But besides that it was good.

Everything was good on the hotel side. Safe and clean as expected. Traveling to the Convention Center we had to travel through the area were the un-housed stay. Drug situation is very sad. No problems with safety anywhere nesr the hotel. Nice staff. 🙏👍

Ceiling panels are falling out, bathroom walls are peeling all over. In addition, if your room is on the road side it is very loud. It sounds like the window is open. But the biggest issue is we chose this hotel for the shuttle service to the cruise ports. Well, we could not get a shuttle as they only go one time per hour and can only bring 10 people each time. When we checked in they only had 1open slot per hour remaining other than 4 slots at 8am (boarding does not start till 12 on the ship so that’s too early). So we have to pay for our own transportation. Would not recommend this hotel.

This property is in an unsafe area not somewhere you want to walk around. It’s advertised as free shuttle to cruise but there is no shuttle back if you use it for shopping. Also you can not book the shuttle till checked in and first come first serve so not actually a cruise shuttle at all had to uber to get our check in time. Would not stay again.
