I enjoyed that despite being located right downtown, it was quieter than i expected. Wifi was strong so i was able to work without issue. One thing i did not like was despite having a restaurant they do not offer room service.

A Good Family Option

This was our second stay at the Pinnacle as a family. It has a great location close to downtown, the convention centre, and Coal Harbour. The hotel interior is a little dated but very well maintained. It looks like there are plans to update the interiors soon. We were conveniently located on the same floor as the pool and hot tub and enjoyed them. The on site restaurant is pretty pricey so we didn't eat there as a family. We did have some trouble when the toilet needed plunging and it took a couple of tries to get it serviced but beyond that we had no problems. The service representatives were professional and very polite and accommodating.
