Theft at Inner harbor victoria Marriott

I can’t express how terrible this place is. The only positive about our stay was we were able to check in early. We got to our room and our windows were so dirty from kids handprints. The thermostat didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom was broken. We brought this to the front desks attention and never got moved, not even a sorry. Our room was never cleaned the entire stay and we were there 3 nights. The icing on top of the cake is I left my toiletry bag hanging on towel rack. 100% certain. My toiletry bag had a lot of sentimental items (jewelry) in it. Our check out was noon. They had 5 hours to communicate to us we had left an item in the room. We are from out of the country. We spent hours on the phone with people that were unwilling to help and continued to lie to us saying it wasn’t there. Stay far away from this hotel. They will steal your personal belongings.

Our stay was fantastic. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Victoria and this will be one that I choose again. They were very kind and efficient at the front desk, the restaurant was very good and the pool was fun. The room, beds and bathroom were clean and well stocked. I liked the brand of complimentary products in the shower, and the coffee and tea. The view was breathtaking. I loved just being in the hotel at the end of a long day of walking and exploring. Also, the proximity to Beacon Hill park is wonderful. Excellent for an evening stroll.
