The Helm's Inn is conveniently located to the waterfront and one of the entrances to Beacon Hill Park. Our room was a studio with one king bed. The room had a full kitchen, kitchen table with two chairs, two lounging chairs and side table. With all of that still plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The property has a couple of nice outdoor areas with seating by flower pots and plants. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will stay here again as I visit Victoria yearly.

Location is unbeatable yet quiet, and our spacious twin beds suite was equipped with a full kitchen, and pull out couch was set up with a comfortable mattress topper. Beacon Hill Park was just across the road and Empress and Legislature are 6 min walking distance. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Helms inn.

the location was perfect for our event. building is old and has no elevators. our room was on the busy corner, had a crummy old air conditioner set weirdly into the wall, very noisy when running. the traffic went on all night, really noisy. retrofit of the building was unprofessional, poorly engineered, 15 light switches in the room. would not stay here again.
