Great welcoming folks Right from the start Michael and Nesa(not sure if I recall the spelling correct) And another Michael we're all happy and friendly. Room was great in a 1 bedroom with additional queen in living area. Comfy beds,nice big tv, very clean. I took a star off for 2 reasons. Coffee machine not work. Went up for breakfast to vista 18 Didn't know we needed a Reservation for that,so no Coffee grrr. We did have a reservation for the previous evening for dinner which was fabulous. Great food,drinks,view and service from Nicole and Kim The room was too hot for us As it does not have any ac in living area only ac in Bedroom. I shut heat off but still too warm. My wife would open padio door to cool off room, but being a Saturday night there was lots of noise from the Strathcona hotel across the street, and the usual sirens, so not much sleep. I would not stay there in summer if the room is this warm in February. The pool was awesome. Hot tub needs cleaning Very foamy and cloudy. You have to order robes to room if you want them, which they brought us.

Room smells like stale smoke. There is either a washing machine or ventilation system near the room that make very loud racket for a few hours over our 2 day stay. Staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly and both Vista 18 and Clive’s served great food. My only complaint was the noise made by small children running and screaming in the halls. This is not a fault of the hotel but poor parenting.
