Location location location. Able to walk all around Victoria from our hotel. Great service, friendly courteous staff. Laundry facility is available, coffee, fridge, microwave in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only draw would be portable A/c which did not cool.off the room much. Courtesy shuttle to the downtown

Do not accept room 208. I didn't get any sleep with the door opening and closing. I had to skip a breakfast business meeting. I booked a room with one king and got one with 2 queens. Disappointed

We rode our bikes from the Swartz bay to Victoria on the lochside trail. After all the riding Hotel had bike storage and allowed bike I th room if we preferred. Comfy beds hot tub to soak in and many restaurants and views nearby. Also a bart and 18th floor restaurant where we stopped for a nightcap. Wonderful!

3 couples booked an overnight here, we had a great time. Staff were very helpful when we needed extras like wine glasses for all. One of the highlights was Clives cocktail lounge, supreme! Also easy walking to great restaurants. We'll be back.
