I've used these rooms a few times now as i travel for business. Very easy check in and check out process, all self serve. I'm sure some people like to have a concierge and some staff on site but I'm happy just walking into a suite and walking out when I'm finished. Nice big rooms with laundry and a decent kitchen, always clean, solid television content. I do a small drive to costco when i get there and then hit the starbucks in the morning before work. I always say i'm going to make a trip to island motorcycles while i'm there but i never make it....
