Excellent property! Right on the Okanagan with a variety of activities to choose from. The grounds are well kept, clean, and cared for. The daily wine tasting in the main lobby made for a great experience. Staff were pleasant, property was a 10 minute walk from downtown Kelowna, if you don’t feel like walking there are bikes to rent. Highly recommend.

As good or better than any “tropical” resort. All of the staff are truly friendly, responsive, resourceful and fun. We noticed the staff have also been consistent over multiple visits, which make us think the management/employer treats people well. Great spot!

Parking was very poor for the price. People basically had to compete for parking spots. Valet parking far too expensive. Hotel parking for guests is not a priority.
