The room was beautiful and clean. The staff, happy and friendly. If I had one complaint, our room was hot and we could not adjust the temp. To our delight we got a potable AC brought to the room. That fixed the issue and made us very happy.

The cleaning staff were amazing! Room was immaculate and items replenished daily. (Garbage/recycling removed, clean glasse, general tidy/turn down service) LOVED the house retrievers (Ella and Elly) at one reception area. Check in and check out was excellent and the room service was next level. Overall, we had a great trip to Vancouver and Fairmont was a big part of it.

Furniture in the room dated and some completely broken. No fridge in the room, need to call the front desk and rent one. Tv's very old and unable to watch any streaming services. Shower pressure is very minimal. The parking is a complete mess and no one knows how it works, not even the valet's. You cant buy 24 hours of parking the machine just jumps to random days and goes up to $300 on a whim. The hotels response was that "it is not our parking garage" however it is the one you offer so it IS your problem. Booked a King bed and I don't believe we got one. With everything being so dated and charging for every little thing combined with the parking I will stay elsewhere next time. They did provide a brownie for my wife's birthday but this may be the only plus.

I would give them 5, but the room temp are HOT and thermostat are crap! It was so hot and hard to sleep. We finally complained and got the maintenance guy to “try” to fix. Apparently, it’s the hotel central heating and they don’t work very well. He opened the window. It was the ONLY way to cool down the room. Crazy! Checking in was bad and long line. Not very coordinated or executions of check in. Staff on 9th floor was very good.
