Not worth $210 CD!

Pros: It was available.
Cons: Condition of the hotel in general with very basic amenities, such as additional covers in freezing rooms, wi-fi availability, customer service.
This hotel is not a place I would recommend for many reasons already stated in other reviews. Certainly not worth the money we paid ($160 US/night). I don't believe we will ever return to it.

Unclean and a terrible odor

The staff was friendly, but the hotel room was supposed to be smoke-free. When we opened the door the smell of smoke slapped you across the face. The hotel was booked for the night so we could not change rooms. Thank goodness the window opened. Also, the carpets were cream with gross stains all over them. Yuck :-(

This hotel's location worked for us under unusual circumstances - it would not be a location in which we would stay otherwise

The bathroom was a bit of a disaster and they had to replace a missing ironing board and iron, but for the money and the purpose for which we needed it, it was adequate. I would not recommend it for a vacation....

If your a gambler, take it!

Pros: elevator was fast, there was one friendly staff, parking garage is free!
Cons: No free Internet, Noisy, smelled funny, tv had no remote, bathroom ceiling had mold, bathroom cabinet was nailed shut
We got this hotel as a spur of the moment type deal thinking it would have been alright, and it was. The location was kind of sketchy. I think we saw about 8 "working women" during our stay here. Although I should mention they were all at least 4 blocks away from the hotel. We never did ask about the pool, but it looked amazing in the pictures. The garage was probably the coolest part, as you can park your car under the hotel and use the room card to get in. However, there were some cars in there that were collecting dust... Which left me wondering... Fyi, you have to pay for the wifi, and the DVD player connected to the tv doesnt have a remote. The room itself had a moldy smell to it, and the pillows smelled funny. I guess if your into that it works. Oh, and the ceiling of the bath didn't look pleasant either. However, you can avoid this by not looking up. The day I checked out I was expected to be treated with the same hospitality of the person that checked us in. To my surprise we were actually checked out in the kindest and quickest way possible. This person is probably the only reason why this review won't get 1 star. I guess I should also mention that even though we had the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, we were only in it for a total of 10hrs, which were alright. I probably won't ever go back to this hotel, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a try!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: place is a bit old but cheap~~
My friends and I just wanted to have a weekend road trip and we decided to go to Vancouver and do a little shopping at that Metro city mall and that PNE theme park!! Great location and great price for our 2 nights stay! It has everything we need, free wifi, secure parking and very helpful staff!!! <3 Definitely considerable for our next road trip ;)

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. DONT STAY HERE!!

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, not a good part of town, lobby and room stinks, dirty and noisy
This hotel was a dump!!Dont know where the nighttime picture is taken from cause its not this hotel. The room was dirty. They must keep this room just for "fools like me" that think we are getting a good deal on a nice hotel. The view from this room was 3 rooftop ac units with trash underneath them. The lobby smelled of mold and the room of cigarettes. The ceiling in the 2nd story hallway was being "worked on". They had a 12 inch strip cut most of the way down the hall and the wiring and insulation were hanging out. The ceiling in our room (the floor in the room above us) was so squeeky it was rediculous. We left at 8am there was no coffee, no juice, no nothing in the lobby for this "continental breakfast". I asked for washcloths twice and never actually received them. Oh yah, and the TV. What a joke. It was some old 21inch tv that sat on the dresser across the room. It was so small and far away we could hardly see it. This hotel is obviously trying to cheat out of towners like myself. DO NOT STAY HERE........

Highly overpriced; poor service, rooms uncleaned, poor facility for "continental breakfast"

Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
This hotel is highly overpriced for facilities provided. Our room was not cleaned at all, 2 days out of 6. We had 3 people registered for the room, but had to request the 3rd towel every day; and sometimes do without. They provided only a muffin, and juice box to take out as a "continental breakfast". No napkins, no seating. The room had damage on walls and carpet that was unrepaired.

breakfast is not included like they advertise

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, no breakfast
during my 4 night stay, the room was only cleaned once. I complained to the staff about it and I was told that the cleaning staff was new and hadn't been familiar with her work yet. Also the breakfast was not included like it advertised because of their restaurant was being renovated. I wasn't told until I got there, and the breakfast was actually the main reason when I chose hotels. Other than these two cons, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel was 10 min walking to the skytrain and in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean.

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, friendly staff
The staff in the hotel is very friendly and also very helpful. The hotel is in an save area and the room it self was perfect. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You do need to use bus or car to go to shops that was the only min point for this hotel. The 2 restaurants next to the hotel( White spot) where a blessing if you come in the hotel and are to tired to go out for dinner.Overall I would pick this hotel again if I was to travel to Vancouver.
