The view from our room was great. The staff we encountered were nice (only talked with check in). Check in was really slow. It took 25 minutes of waiting in line to finally checking. Only 2 people working at the time when cruise passengers and a big running/hiking event happening. The one bad thing about this hotel is they nickel and dime you for everything. I can’t see myself staying there again for the price we paid.

I cannot say enough about the concierge, Monica, who made our anniversary visit wonderful. From amazing restaurant recommendations, to chocolate covered strawberries in our room to calling ahead to the restuarant to alert them to our special day. She did it all with patience, grace and professionalism. We will definitely visit again and that's in large part due to her and the amazing staff. Well done!

Everything was wonderful about this hotel! We walked all around the waterfront, staff were amazing and we ate a few times at the restaurant on-site and everything was delicious. We even walked to the eating area nearby that had several eating spots and we felt safe and there were an abundant of eating options.
