My husband and I stayed her for 5 nights while my sister was at St. Paul's Hospital. Century Plaza has a medical rate, which helped. With the hospital right next door it made our coming and going that much easier. Our corner room had a wonderful view, a kitchenette, flawless internet and cable tv. All the staff were polite and friendly, and our room was refreshed each day. Because I had booked through Expedia, we received a $25.00 voucher for C-Prime, the hotel restaurant, which was a lovely treat.

I lost my 24k necklace with tri colors , I left my room with out notes to clean up but then the housekeeper clean without permission.. we went out for city view and the morning we left and I discovered my necklace and car key is missing.. we were in Toronto and we can’t do nothing. I called the manager but no solution.. I am very disappointed as we pay 1300 for just 4 nights .. And we booked the most safest room with kitchen.. but all we got is loosing my very important necklace..

Check in went smoothly and we were upgraded, which was a nice surprise. Great location as we had an appointment at St Paul's. Expedia had a special rate including parking and $25 towards the restaurant, which was cheaper than the hotel's hospital rate. Recommendations would be better mattress on rollaway cot and improving heating control in room as our room was extremely warm even after turning heat off.

We booked a room for 4 people we got there and assumed there was a sofa bed for the 2 kids. But when we went to get ready for bed there was no pull out couch. So we called front desk and they offered us up cots. So when booking the room the description says the room is for 4 people. But only if you all share the king bed. The bathtub didnt drain so you had a bath and shower combined. The added kitchen was a bonus and the location was perfect. The cafe was good. Also told us at check in parking was included with our reservation then the next day tried to charge us for parking
