"We have stayed here several times - the hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient with easy access. It's quiet, but can be noisier on weekends if teams/tournaments are staying. Staff are helpful and friendly. This time, we had dinner in The Wild Fig Restaurant one night. Our server, Barbara, was pleasant and knowledgeable."

"This hotel is our go to hotel when we have a late connection or flight’s been cancelled by Air Canada, which happens frequently. The staff are always professional and courteous. We had a late dinner in the restaurant around nine, soup and salad. The server forgot the salad, but the French onion soup and seafood chowder was delicious. The next morning we shared an eggs, Benedict again delicious. When we checked out, Kelly, the front desk agent went far and above your average service. Even helping us order an Uber with a request to pick us up at the Fairmont front door down one level.. it’s staff like Kelly that keeps us coming back to the Fairmont hotel at the Vancouver airport. "

"Appreciated the front desk letting me know during my late check in that the kitchen was closing so I could still do an order for food. Rooms are very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and I slept well. The 24 hour airport shuttle was also great and the shuttle driver was very nice. Helped me load and unload my bags and was very polite. Will 11/10 recommended this hotel for anyone staying overnight from the Vancouver airport. "
