The room was fine, the location of the hotel is great. The problem...horrendous parking information. We have a Ford Explorer with a Yakima rack...height is about 6'8". It took us 90 min to find a parking spot for our Explorer. It was 1 block away, at a cost 2x what you parking fees were. Suggestions: 1) Clearly state the height restrictions for your hotel parking (6'6"). 2) Do NOT send folks who won't fit to an alternate parking location that has the same 6'6" height restriction! 3) Create a list of nearby parking lots that allow 24 hr parking. Note their height restrictions and the cost.

Cozy on busy street

It was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage until the room was ready as we arrived early from our cruise. Location is very central but on a very busy street so the street noise was pretty loud early in the morning. Overall a great place for us to stay 1 night after our cruise before heading home
