Staff were friendly, location was great, facilities fine. Bathtub some dodgy looking repairs from chips.... But nothing can reasonably explain the fact that the mattress had a large hole caused by broken springs on the left side - clearly visible when the cover was pulled back and unmissable if touching the bed. How is this a room worthy of renting!?? We reported this to the front desk and were assured it would be dealt with and we asked for our contact details for management to reach out.... more than 2 days later and crickets. Beware of room 244!

The room was very clean, as most reviewed stated. Very friendly staff! Check in and out was smooth. The only disappointing thing was the bed - it felt like a very old mattress, very firm and bowed in the middle. Clean bedding though. I would stay here again.
