Stone Minerva Estate is composed of two properties: The Stone House and Minerva House, with a total of 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 23 guests, perfect for large groups or families. Homes are located close to each other, sharing a common backyard fence/gate. Great for large groups traveling together but want privacy as well.

The Stone House
Built in 1925, this beautiful property was designed by Frederic Joseph DeLongchamps, one of the most prolific architects of the southwest. The unique architecture and vintage charm will make you feel like you've taken a step back in time. Its historic appeal, unique history, great amenities, and amazing location make this spacious home the perfect Reno getaway.

With five bedrooms and two baths, this newly remodeled house offers more than enough room to spread out and relax. Inviting touches can be found throughout the entire home, but are especially prevalent in the open and inviting living room. You'll love spending time in this charming room, which features a beautiful stone fireplace, tasteful decor, comfortable furniture, and original exposed beams. These beams were extracted from the Virginia City silver mines and are a true piece of American history built right into the home.

The dining room, which opens to the living area, provides gorgeous overhead lighting and a large, stylish dining table. Spend your evenings playing board games or enjoy a delicious dinner in this spacious, elegant room.

The bright and open kitchen provides everything you'll need to whip up a tasty meal. The kitchen has been remodeled and has brand new appliances. The space is open and offers beautiful cabinetry and new fixtures, you'll enjoy cooking together in this charming space.

Each of the five bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have an updated 1920's vibe. Both master bedrooms feature comfortable beds and lovely decor. The other three bedrooms also offer an amazing place to wake up in the morning, with comfortable beds and an inviting feel. Both bathrooms are conveniently located. The upstairs bathroom features a tub/ shower combination and the downstairs bathroom provides a shower. A laundry room with a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

The interior of the home is beautiful, but the exterior easily rivals its charm. The inviting backyard is completely fenced in so you can enjoy games or relaxing with the entire family. Keep everyone entertained with the horseshoe pit and firepit. Revel in the lush landscape, pergola, cafe lights. Sit down and unwind at dinner outside at the custom farm table and benches.

The cottage-style home looks like something out of a fairy tale. The beautiful stonework, exposed beams, and vintage windows are one-of-a-kind. The lush vines climbing the side of the home add to the appeal.

Minerva House
New contemporary home close to downtown Reno. This is a brand new home with all new furnishings.
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has access to the large wrap around deck. Cafe lights add ambiance to evening BBQ's or gatherings. Enjoy early morning sunrises or late afternoon sunsets outdoors.
Great for multi-generational families or friends who love to travel together.

All rooms are bright, open and spacious. There is an abundance of space to spread out and relax.
The kitchen provides all of the necessities during your stay. We offer coffee makers, blender, tea pot etc.
The living room offers comfortable seating and large 75" TV to wind down from daily activities.

There is a gate in the backyard so you can go between yards to visit.

* Any unauthorized moving of furniture may result in an additional cleaning fee charge. If furniture is moved it must be put back in its original place PRIOR to check out.

*Towels and other home items should not be moved between units and all items should be back in their original rooms prior to check out. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
