Hello, I am very sorry that the hot tub was closed during your stay. We did have to close it for unexpected repairs. I am happy to share that those repairs have been completed and the it is back open.

We had very bad experience during our stay. The Heater fan was makingva loud noise and we could not sleep all nights. alsote knob on bathroom shoer was not working properly and we had to take shower with very hot water. I must be credited back the full amount. Thanks

A little disappointed that the property advertised being pet-friendly and free breakfast. We were charged $50 for our service dog and there was no free breakfast.

Nice stay over night while taking a flight

It was a nice comfortable room. Close to the airport and the staff was exceptional.

Really nice hotel

Nice, clean room.  Friendly front desk staff.  About a 10 minute drive to the Atlantis.  Nice shopping center next door with restaurants, fast food and a grocery store.  Quiet.

Bad bed and no working hot tub

Pros: clean
Cons: Poor breakfast, bad bed
This hotel looks fine, room looked fine. Bed had a huge dip on the phone side. After 2 nights my husband finally slept on the floor so his back wouldn't hurt in the morning. Couldn't get any relief from the hot tub because it wasn't working. Breakfast at the hotel sounded good, all you can eat for $9.99. But no ketsup. Completely out. First and last time we ate there. Employees were nice but really nothing they could do (except run to the store across the street and buy ketsup!). Manager knew about the hot tub, said someone would come fix it next week. We were there to move a family member so really could have used the hot tub! With all the selection of hotels in this city, we'll pick another one next time we visit.
