October 13 late check-in

Check in experience was disappointing. No clerk at the front desk. After several minutes waiting, another non employee told us he was in the restroom. Once he showed up, he ignored us and began to look for something in several drawers for several minutes and eventually asked if we had a reservation. I said yes and gave him my ID. He gave me the room key and the room number and that was it. No greet, no thank you, no have a nice stay. The hotel was nice and clean. Just poor customer service.

The hotel staff were amazing. Excellent service and I was well taken care of. The location of the hotel is directly beside the airport so it is great for arriving and departing flights as it is a short 5 minute walk to the airport. There is a casino in the same building as the hotel and limited dining options around the hotel. The Marina is about a 15 minute walk away or a short taxi ride.

Easiest check in I've experienced in a long time. Front desk staff was amazing!! Unfortunately, both rooms we had smelled really bad like smoke. So, we went back to the lobby and we were given rooms that were great! High for, very clean, view of the ocean. But, no towels in the rooms. Staff and service was excellent. Location of the hotel is not great but it is directly beside the airport and the price is very reasonable.

An early check in was not allowed. Waited until 3 pm to chrck in, then it took the Front desk staff over a half hour to complete tye check in. Air conditioner barely functional. I would never stay here again. No customer service whatsoever

Perfect Airport Hotel
