"The best part was the proximity to the beach. No ice machines. No housekeeping. As a guest you are responsible for bringing your own towels down each day to get clean ones. You would be better off staying somewhere else. Oh and the rooms were not clean, yikes."

"The resort is in a great location. It was walking distance or a short drive to a lot of restaurants & stores. My only suggestion for dining in the hotel resturant is pack some patience but once you get your food, it is good. If you got a good parking spot, I suggest you walk to where you need to go."

"Definitely will stay here again! Overall, everything was amazing. The room was very nice and clean, the view was perfect, you never run out of things to do! Perfect location to be at. All the staff were very kind and work so hard! Make sure to bring your own blanket, our beds only had sheets,also it sucked that the slides in the pirate ship area were closed most of the time."

"We picked this hotel for the waterparks. Our kids had a blast and loved the pools. They also loved that they were able to tie dye a t-shirt during our stay. I was impressed with the different activities available each day. We found several bugs in our room and the bathroom was very dated. The bathroom had grout missing all in the shower, which made it look dirty. The bugs just had me on edge and I wore shoes inside the whole time. I am assuming this is all hotels now, but this is our second stay here and I can say that the smell of weed was very prominent during both trips. We smelt it in the common areas as well as on our balcony. It just takes away from the family atmosphere."
