A very weird place. We were there in January, so the price was nice and low, but overall the service was still very weird. They were working on the place, doing construction, so there was the sound of work, and the elevators were taken up, and mostly covered with insulation materials to protect them. The front staff were more interested in selling us a time share there than helping us out. In general, it was kind of deserted and spooky. We even had to track down the bartender to get a drink on a Friday night. It took us about ten minutes!

Clean,clean or yeah, clean. Customer service was great, valet parking was convenient. The only thing missing is a breakfast area. The indoor pool awesome, the kids loved it.

Check in and out time, wasn't negotiable no late check out. Expired food Items. Great front desk service upon my arrival, staff was very kind and helpful from the door throughout the building. Very Nice Vaction stay. I would consider staying again if I was to visit Myrtle Beach again.
