Even though they’re upgrading the place the service still is lousy and the front desk is just a bunch of excuses. It should have been closed down for 2 weeks while they fixed the elevators and other public areas. Half the outlets in my first room were dead with no electricity?? I’ll never stay there again !! Good location!!

All of it! I loved the text message asking about my arrival time. The front desk staff (Alexa) was great, loved the champagne and cookies. The room was amazing, we ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were great there also. We were very happy with everything about our stay.
