Well I decided to give Cancun a try for my birthday and I must admit it was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. Out of the 32 countries I have visited, Mexico has been the worst. My debit card was stolen from my room, while dining I found a bone in my cheese pizza and most of the staff was very rude. I didn't receive the wi-if that I paid for. When I complained to the hotel staff, they started to speak Spanish and pretended not to understand. When dining in the restaurants , the waiters were very rude . I honestly rather spend a night in jail before visiting this horrible place again. No one deserves this kind of punishment.

We are indeed an all-inclusive (food and drinks) hotel, however there are extra charges such as Internet Service, Spa, Premium Alcohol, Romantic Dinners, Room Service, among others. The hotel provides discount coupons for guests staying for more than 3 nights.
With regard to your theft comment, let me make you aware that all our guests on the day of their arrival are given a welcome letter stating that the hotel is not responsible for objects not deposited in the box security.
