This resort is great for the price. The food is 5 star they have a large variety from a buffet to Asian, Authentic flavorafull mexican dishes to mediterranean outdoor. The rooms are spaceous and very clean. Coffe shop open 24hrs with friendly staff. In general the staff is very friendly. The pools are great sunny and shady areas. The bar is great outdoor and another by a pool. The beach is amazing. Kayaking is free very safe. Small kids can be in the beach with the water is very calm. The only thing I would improve is the entretaiment at night and during the day there needs to be more activities.

The resort offered all the things our family with an 8-year old could want. The food, the sugary (non-alcoholic) drinks by one of the many pools, wandering down to the beach...meeting new people...ice cream any time she wants. I recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club.

The staff at this property were very nice and helpful. The service was great and the staff were friendly. Regarding the facility, the rooms were not worth the money and the preferred guest upgrade is almost scam-like. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were forced to meet with the concierge service rather than using the standard check-in desk. After booking this package through Expedia and making all requests during booking, as suggested, we were told our rooms would cost additional money. Unfortunately, I believe the "upgraded" rooms were already the rooms we had been assigned, but they made us pay more. We couldn't prove it. To receive "connected" rooms, the cost increased. Our air conditioner didn't cool, the toilet stayed clogged, the coffee was not restocked and the refrigerator kept nothing cool. The preferred guest amenities are not tracked and monitored. The preferred bar was the only amenity that required "proof." The beach area, preferred pool, etc were accessed by non-preferred guests who had no problem telling you they didn't pay extra. The beach area was beautiful and we felt safe allowing our kids a little freedom. I would suggest not spending extra on the preferred guest upgrade.

The concierge staff was amazing. They explained everything upfront to make sure I understood how an all-inclusive resort functions. Also, whenever I had questions, staff were extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly and offered greetings. The selection of restaurants was great and I was able to try a new place for dinner each night. Couple minor complaints: I'm not a fan of the glass wall between the bed and the bathroom (I found it a couple times at night!) At times when everyone was showering in the morning, the water temperature fluctuated wildly from hot to cold every few seconds. Excellent resort and nice room. When I return, I'll upgrade for more space.

They were not consistent with cleaning the room. Everyday was different. The hallways were chipped and paint was peeling. The food was absolutely horrific. Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. All they do even in the hotel is harass you to buy more stuff or sell you a Hyatt membership for 30-50 years. They charged us $65 for the towels that got dirty. I love staying at Hyatts but this one I did not enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay here. If we return to Cancun we would return. The property is beautiful. The beach makes it the best hotel on Cancun. The shallow beach area is awesome. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. They hosted theme nights. Ery impressive. The service was outstanding. My only issues were the pool closes at 8:00pm.
