Beautiful place. Very nice beach. Water is shallow and clean.Wide food selection. Nice SPA. A lot of friendly waiters. Nice and clean room. Like home atmosphere. Beautiful jewelry store in the lobby. A lots of activities and entertainment. I would recommend to try riviera Maya at the bar and sea bass is excellent choice in Trattoria. Concierge at reservations misinformed me, saying it is only two treatments in the SPA: relaxation and deep tissue massage. Made me book without proper selection. In real it is a big menu in the SPA. I think it happened because concierge didn’t have a good English. Or something else maybe. Other girl at the reception made a mistake exchanging my dollars, so I almost lost $50, good thing I calculated myself before taking the money. It is a long line to check in in very hot weather.They don’t sell water in the lobby, so get water with you, because the transfer from the airport took about 40 minutes, plus the waiting in line time, it was more then hour without water.After checking in the buffet we eat, but no one offer a drink for a long time.So after we finish eating I had to go and ask for water. Not drinking for two hours in 90F degrees is dangerous. After all we still have a good general impression and may consider to come back one day.

Overall was a great experience and a wonderful place to stay. Staff was amazing and helpful. We only issue that we had was our toilet got clogged and it took them a while to unclog it. Other than that, amazing place to spend my vacation.

I would have given the hotel five stars had they addressed the safety concern with our door. The hotel overall is very good. The food selection was good and the staff on the property were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

Im going to give you the good,the bad, from my experience First the bad, the resort is outdated, every apsect of it. From the rooms, to the beds, to the elevators. Its an older resort without a doubt. The beds are on the stiffer side, the pillows are not as soft or as plush. However you do get some rest from the activities and they do good for what the price reflects. The other thing thats outdated are the elevators, they only hold 4 people and theres only one per section. So you might have to wait a while to go up to your floor, specially if your in the 7th floor. Now the good, the resort has some good workers there, Adolfo, Vanily on the buffet always took good care of us. Juanita is the pool waitress always delivered to quality service, asways on top of the drinks. Also the food wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst. It was overall good, they had good variety, fresh fruit in the morning and lunch. Overall is a budget friendly resort, dont expect to much from it. You get what you pay for. Theres an oxxo near by, store on site, tacos across the street, so that was a plus.
