"The Expedia Concierge Staff were exceptional, special thanks to Brissa, Roberto and Gabriel. Brissa, assisted in formulating an itinerary for our 2 night trip to La Paz, recommending places of interest to stop at and restaurants. The Krystal Grand Hotel did not disappoint, the room we were first assigned had 2 beds and the air conditioning unit was faulty. We had requested a king bed, we were moved the next day to a king bed and this room was good. We enjoyed most if the specialty restaurants although the food could be served hotter, a few times we requested to have are food warmed. "

The staff is sensational; to name a few: Adrianna at Ballenas restaurant is the most welcoming and kind with her smile and special attentions; Alejandro and Xiomara servers at Ballenas as well, our housekeeper on the 5th floor was very sunny and gracious, Sergio at the lunch restaurant was also very kind and all the staff from entertainment and pool.
