NEW Family-Friendly Pocono Home near Lake, Pool and Beach

Welcome to our Modern Chalet located in the Pocono Mountains Towamensing Trails Neighborhood minutes from Ski Resorts, Historic Jim Thorpe, Pocono Raceway, ATV Riding, Hiking, and Much More! In the warm months the Lake, Beach, Pool House, and Amenities are available for use! The house is outfitted with all modern amenities, fully stocked and ready to go! Game Room, Cozy Mountain Great Room, Fireplace, BBQ, & Two Large Decks, make this house one of a kind for that getaway with family and friends!

Our raised chalet is situated on a semi private one acre lot with two driveway entrances for parking. On the lower walk in level you will find a laundry, coat closet, game room, powder room, and backyard walk out. Walking up to the main level the gorgeous great room boasts cathedral ceilings with a cozy mountain vibe overlooking the large eat in kitchen, full bathroom, two large terraces, and the first two of four bedrooms. As you continue up the stairs two bedrooms and a full bathroom fill a marvelous loft area looking out to large full span windows to take in that morning sun!

Guests are welcome to use the entire property with the exception of some owners closets and the garage. Guests also have access to all neighborhood amenities including the beach, snack bar, pool, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, fishing areas, and our kayaks during the summer season. Please not the lake, pool and snack bar are open on weekends from memorial day to fathers day, then every day from fathers day to labor day.

Rules are listed at the property and will be provided with the rental packet. Some basic rules which are a MUST! No booking for anyone under the age of 21. No parties, large gatherings, or loud music. No golf carts, ATVs, SXS, or other motorized vehicles may be used on our property or the neighborhood streets. Only car registered ahead of time with the office may be used. Absolutely NO FIRE PITS OF ANY TYPE. This means wood, propane, etc. It is against Property Owners Association Rules for any renters to engage in any fires without the property owner present! The property does have cameras which will remain monitored. Any breaking of rules will be considered a forfeit of deposit and immediate termination of rental stay with no exceptions!

The house is nice butt...

The house is nice but had some maintenance issues such as the fireplace and upstairs bathroom exhaust fan not working. Communications from the host were not timely and forthcoming.I had to contact him for information that should have already been supplied.

Beautiful Home

We’ve been doing a family vacation in Towamensing Trails for the past few years. This house by far was the best, it had all the accommodations we needed. There was enough space for everyone to sit, the furniture was comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable, these were issues we’ve had in the past. This home was very clean inside and out. We did some day trips but at night we just relaxed and enjoyed the game room. The owners responded with any questions or concerns within minutes. I would and have recommended this home for anyone thinking of visiting the Poconos. This was an awesome place!
