"The rooms were clean, and the lobby was pretty cool. The pool, lazy river, and hot tubs were great for kids. My only issue was that I requested my privacy blinds be fixed while my family and I were out exploring, and when I came back, nothing had been done. The staff said the maintenance had already left for the night. With my wife and daughters in the room, no privacy is a no-go. They ultimately moved us to another room, but by then it was already past midnight."

"The staff was very accommodating, my grandson has sensory issues and the bedding bothered him. We asked if we could get different bedding and they had the bedding issue fixed by the time we got back from our day out. Then 5 pm with 1 full day Left we were having issues with the air condition the maintenance came right away and was not able to repair it quickly so they put us in another room. Pool was nice and clean, trash emptied daily in the hall ways. This location is perfect you have lots of options to choose from as far as shopping. And just 15/20 mins from Any of the Disney parks. Very very quiet location. We will use this facility again in the future. Thank You"
