"So pro and cons.. You have to remember London is expensive.. This was half the price of the Premier Inn 10 mins down the road closer to Hammersmith. But this was half the quality as well.. Room was small and very hot in summer so had to have window open which prob isn't ideal for light sleepers due to London traffic outside, the TV was nice though and bed was comfy, shower was decent.. It just depends on your budget this was £55 for one night Premier Inn was over £130 for same night, so it's how much comfort you want to spend.."

"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isn’t the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits except emergency ones on that level. They do not serve English Breakfast as they advertise. They do provide a meal token with a restaurant down the street. That restaurant doesn’t open until 11:30. I guess they will open earlier if they have enough customers coming early. I had to wait until after 11:30. They will serve you lunch or breakfast, but you have to ask for the breakfast. The restaurant was a good Italian Restaurant called Little Napoli Pizza Restaurant. Overall the place is decent and affordable, but far from luxurious. It is close to public transportation and a short walk/bus ride to the rail station. The staff was friendly. I feel I am being generous by giving them 3 stars."

"On arrival and upon inspecting the bed there was blood on the sheets. A member of the housekeeping staff came to change the sheets but they noticed that the new sheet was also dirty. 4 sheets later finally a clean sheet! The bathroom tap and sink had toothpaste stains on them upon arrival. No instruction guides either paper or via an app / QR CODE on how use the hob or oven/microwave in the studio apartment."
