"Room was lovely with windows that could be opened letting in the much needed breeze during this heatwave! Staff were friendly letting us leave our luggage in the office before 3pm booking in. Thank you for allowing us to enter our room an hour earlier without charge. The little fridge was a fantastic surprise ( a very good idea that most hotels don’t consider) Another good reason we picked Sapphire is the availability of twin rooms so friends and relatives can have one room and share the cost, rather than the inconvenience of sharing a double bed. My Cousin and I will definitely be staying again on our next excursion to London. Superb location as SB has everything to offer with friendliness. Thank you team Sapphire from Karen and Kelly 👍"

"Brand new hotel and is really lovely. Just some points to add. The kitchen is a show cooking so you see everything. At breakfast the female chef had long hair and whilst cooking she was constantly touching it to move it out of her eyes and then continuing to cook, not good. Should have in a bun, in a hat or in a net. The ironing board is a tiny desktop one, where should it be placed to iron? No safe in the room. Ground floor and London made me very nervous leaving valuables in our room."

"Couldn't fault the hotel. Lovely room overlooking the oark. Comfortable and clean. I wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of nights as very little clothes storage other than a rail and hangers, but absolutely perfect for a weekend"
